Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika
Heat skillet over medium-high heat
Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp)
Remove and set aside
Step 2: Make Cowboy Butter Sauce
In same skillet, melt butter over medium heat
Add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes)
Add lemon juice and chili flakes

Step 3: Cook the Pasta
Cook linguine according to package directions
Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining
Drain pasta

Slice chicken into strips
Add chicken back to skillet with sauce
Add cooked linguine and toss to coat
Add pasta water if needed to achieve desired consistency
