Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika
  • Heat skillet over medium-high heat
  • Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp)
  • Remove and set aside

Step 2: Make Cowboy Butter Sauce

  • In same skillet, melt butter over medium heat

  • Add lemon juice and chili flakes
  • Simmer 2-3 minutes to combine flavors

Step 3: Cook the Pasta

  • Cook linguine according to package directions
  • Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining
  • Drain pasta

Step 4: Combine Everything

  • Slice chicken into strips
  • Add chicken back to skillet with sauce
  • Add cooked linguine and toss to coat
  • Add pasta water if needed to achieve desired consistency
  • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
