Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine almond milk, vinegar, coconut oil, and vanilla.
Stir wet ingredients into dry just until combined.
Pipe or spoon into donut pan, filling each 3/4 full.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and springy.
Cool slightly, then dip in glaze and let set.
